Sell services together with your virtual products

SemVirtualOptions lets you add paid checkbox options to virtual and downloadable PrestaShop products without creating combinations or modifying core files. It is ideal for selling professional installation, extended support, priority setup, migration assistance, custom configuration or any other service alongside a digital product.

What the module can do

Create an unlimited number of paid options for each virtual product.
Use multilingual option names and short descriptions.
Set an individual fixed price impact for every option.
Make an option optional or required.
Enable, disable and sort options independently.
Manage options globally from the module configuration or directly while editing a virtual product in Back Office.

Flexible product-page placement

Version 1.2.0 lets you choose where the options block is displayed. The module supports six standard PrestaShop product-page hooks:

displayProductAdditionalInfo – product additional information area
displayAfterProductThumbs – below product images
displayLeftColumnProduct – product-page left column
displayRightColumnProduct – product-page right column
displayFooterProduct – below the product content / description

The exact visual position depends on the active theme, so you can simply switch to another supported hook from the module configuration if needed.

Native PrestaShop cart and pricing

Selected services are stored using PrestaShop native customization data. The surcharge is added to the selected customization and PrestaShop calculates the cart and order totals normally. The option uses the same tax rules as its parent virtual product, and different option selections can remain as separate cart lines.

Customers see a clean list of available add-ons on the product page.
The price impact of every option is displayed next to its label.
The selected-options subtotal and final product total update instantly.
Required options are validated before the normal Add to cart flow continues.
