SemDev supplies downloadable PrestaShop modules and professional development services. No physical shipment is made unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
Downloadable modules
After successful payment and order confirmation, the downloadable file or access link is made available in the customer account and/or in the order confirmation. Availability may be delayed while a payment is pending, under review or rejected.
Compatibility and technical requirements
Supported PrestaShop versions, PHP requirements and other important compatibility information are stated on the relevant product page. Please check these requirements before ordering. Material limitations or known dependencies are part of the pre-contract information.
Updates and support
The update and support period included with a module is the period shown on the product page or selected as an order option. Any paid installation, extended support or other optional service is charged only when selected by the customer.
Services
For installation, support, migration, upgrade or custom development, we contact you after the order to confirm the scope, required access and schedule. Time estimates are indicative unless a fixed delivery date is expressly agreed in writing.
Problems with access
If a download link does not work or the supplied digital content is not in conformity with the contract, contact us at [SUPPORT_EMAIL]. Your statutory rights for digital content and digital services are not limited by this delivery policy.
Consumer notice: where immediate access to digital content is requested during the 14-day withdrawal period, the checkout must obtain the consumer's express prior consent to begin performance and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost once supply begins, as required by applicable law.
